On January 20, 2023 Gregorio Salatino held a lecture on "Corporate Law for Founders" arranged in the context of Fin+Tech's acceleration program. During the lecture, Gregorio explained the basics of corporate law. He also gave some tips on how to structure a governance for startup companies and explained certain clauses that are usually included in By-Laws. For space-law / space economy enthusiasts, we are happy to announce that the German legal journal "Zeitschrift für Luft- und Weltraumrecht" has just released Gregorio Salatino's latest article on the topic "Space Economy - A Legal Framework" (Salatino, ZLW, 2022, 3, 417 ff.). This article, with some changes and additions, expands on a speech that Gregorio gave on February 10, 2022, at the webinar arranged in order to start-up the new space law department in our law firm. The webinar was arranged in collaboration with ESA BIC Turin, Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE) and AIMBA Associazione Italiana degli MBAs.
